Concave Osteotome (Parkman Design). Dia 3.3mm.  It is used to lift socket in cases where sinus lift is needed during implant surgery in upper posterior. After expanding with Convex Osteotome, this instrument can lift remaining bone which has thickness of 1-2 mm into sinus.
